Synopsis

Buku ini menjelaskan tentang waste pada proses pembangunan rumah di perumahan sederhana (low cost housing) menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Lebih lanjut, buku ini dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis eksisting/peta kondisi awal (Current State Map) proses pembangunan rumah di perumahan sederhana, jenis-jenis waste yang terjadi dalam proses pembangunan rumah di perumahan sederhana, penyebab terjadinya waste dalam proses pembangunan rumah di perumahan sederhana, dan solusi dan rekomendasi terhadap waste yang dituangkan dalam peta kondisi perbaikan (Future State Map) proses pembangunan rumah di perumahan sederhana.

Author Biography

Dr. Nurlaelah, S.T., M.T. merupakan dosen pada Prodi Teknik Sipil dengan konsentrasi Manajemen Konstruksi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Penulis senang melakukan penelitian dengan mahasiswa dan bekerja sama dengan dosen lain di Universitas tempatnya bekerja. Sudah ada beberapa judul penelitian penulis yang dipublikasikan di jurnal internasional dan jurnal nasional bereputasi. Penulis berharap, ia juga bisa bekerja sama untuk melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat dengan institusi lain, agar ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang teknik sipil semakin berkembang, khususnya di Indonesia.
